This is a great opportunity to impact the retention rate of women in physics, a science that severely lacks diversity. The money we raise this year will pay for travel, housing and lodging for 120 aspiring undergraduate women physicists. All contributions are welcome and will be acknowledges in the program and throughout the conference.
